I loved the staff, the cleanliness (to include the best smelling hotel I have EVER been in) and overall facility. The location is wonderful. The staff were all very nice and pleasant and seem to really like their jobs. The food was very good and well presented. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was on crutches and they looked out for me and my daughter!

The breakfast was the best! We particularly liked that hot chocolate,coffee, and fruit was available at all times. The lobby was a nice place to relax. All the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. -

Outstanding stay. Check in was awesome with great assitance from Pedro.
Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a
$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had
amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in.

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.

Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel
frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a
vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the
Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd
Aquarium. But to the Science Museum we (adults) felt the kids-pressure

Travelling with 5 young children and 3 adults can be daunting at times, but ALL the staff from the doormsn to the dining room, front desk to managers were absolutely incredible. I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.
