  Staff was very friendly. Very clean but online pics make it look alot nicer/newer than it really is. Showed pictures of outside and inside pool but only had inside pool functioning. Showed pictures of restaurant when there only was a small area with a bar and a few tables. Very deceiving. - Beds were comfortable. People were friendly. Did not use... wat mensen zeggen » shuttle but heard it was easy to use. Actually like the Native American theme as it is unique from other mall area hotels. Just keep it consistent through out and never listen to the decorator who did the lobby redo again.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, close to everywhere we were going, free wifi, on site "gift shop" was perfect when my fiance started getting sick and we needed cough drops and nyquil asap - Room-service, comfortable bed, nice size room, great view of Wildlife Center, Pool Area with greenery and skylight, Lobby with plant... wat mensen zeggen » s and waterfall, Kind staff who know what they are doing.
