If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.

  The hotel was perfectly located near to Union Square with a really nice staff, especially the blond georgian girl. For a 3stars hotel it was perfect: very clean, very cosy and comfortable. I loved the shower, it's the first time I'm happy with the bathroom although I'm traveling all the time and took some 5stars before. There is a map with metrolines available for free and you have coffee - - Location: the hotel is situated only a few steps from the Flatiron building. It is a nice area with beautiful places for having breakfast and dinner. Visit the markets at Union Square and General Worth Square. - Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Actually, our room was too big since we only went there to sleep. - Staff was very, very friendly and helpful! We needed an iron which they organized within 5 minutes. Also the cab to JFK was no problem. Thank you guys! - Free coffee

We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems.   The staff. The library was a nice place to meet guests at breakfast time. The breakfasts were great and superb value. Lovely feeling about the place and nice local bar on ground floor. The rooms were huge for New York. Coffee and cakes available throughout the day and evening. - Loved our short stay here. Great location and charming inn - more like staying in a home than a hotel, which is especially hard to come by in New York. We had large, comfortable room on the main floor. Friendly staff (and friendly cat!), cozy breakfast room. We liked the bar downstairs as well. We will definitely come back here another time.

We had a large flat screen TV and coffee making facilities in the room. The wifi worked really well on m - The rooms were very large for NYC with a nice view of the Empire State Bldg. What I liked the most was how clean and modern the hotel was. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. The rooftop deck provided nice views of the city as well. Breakfast was also a nice feature. Eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. Great value for the money. I will def stay here again. 28th street is the flower district which I enjoyed seeing all the plants and flowers all over the sidewalks.
