Grote kamer, elke dag schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. - Er werd goed schoongemaakt en tijdens het inchecken bleek een probleem te zijn dat we geen creditcard hadden. Na veel overleg werden we toch goed geholpen.

Heerlijke bedden, centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel! Neem een taxi van JFK naar het hotel en vraag of deze taxichauffeur u komt halen bij vertrek, werkt perfect en zijn heel vriendelijk. - De ligging is perfect en de bedden en kussen zijn herlijk, nauwelijks geluidsoverlast gehad.

Er was ontbijt wat meestal niet gebeurt in Amerikaanse hotels. Elke morgen kregen gratis een grote krant. It is a nice and quite hotel. Rooms are convenient though not luxurious and beds very comfortable. Internet is included and fast enough for the backpacker to do occasional research on restaurants, facilities etc.Location is ideal to visit Manhattan, harbor etc.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). The bed and sheets were so so comfortable!
Probably the best nights sleep in a long while! Cookies are yummy and free!! The staff is wonderful and the roomservice breakfast was delicious! We were very sad to go!! -

The warm cookies, really helpful staff, shower pressure, the free bottled water was a massive highlight to us and has set a personal standard. Also having the opportunity to check in early was amazing after getting off an overnight flight.

The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly in every experience I had with them. The location is fantastic - in the middle of the flower district, safe and walking distance to everything my group needed. Overall, I'm very happy with the stay there.

The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk to 8th Avenue, eateries, shops, etc. Our room was spacious with excellent WIFI. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially James who sprinted all the way from the hotel to 8th Avenue to flag down a cab for us so that we could be at the Palace Theatre in good time. -

Bathroom has a very good size. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us to find our way to JFK airport!
