The room with a view of the river. My wife was able to get some serious and deserved rest. The independence seaport myseum. To walk down the waterfront and enjoy the sights and sounds. Loved the romantic dinner on the mishulu which my wife totally enjoyed. The staff was very respectful and professional.

Centrale ligging. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Faciliteiten. Tijdens ons verblijf werd mijn vrouw ziek. We waren verplet over de behulpzaamheid bij zoeken naar arts, verzorging, ook toen bleek dat we langer moesten blijven. Echt geweldig! - Kamer is mooi en zuiver en is rustig gelegen en toch kort bij de hoofd bezienswaardigheden.

The price was unreal!! Loved the price for the city location. Only 6 blocks from Independence Hall. The evening cocktail social was pleasant and generous. Drivers Dan and Brian were superb. Knowledgeable of the city and safe drivers. Having the shuttle service was an added bonus. No car needed and no need for a taxi. Oh the view of the bridge was

Great location on the waterfront, just about 10 minutes by foot from galleries and restaurants in the hip and historic Old City of Philadelphia. Penns Landing is also very close by. The hotel was clean and new, and the room was in excellent condition. The hotel responded to my request for a room with a view by providing a room on the eighth floor.

heart of it all. Positioned across the park from the Liberty Bell, and
other key attractions, the Monaco is walking distance from great bars

Your registration staff was outstanding especially Paula Overstreet. She truly knows what good customer service is all about. I asked her about a good place for breakfast and she gave me a breakfast voucher. She was pleasant and made me feel right at home. Our TV had poor reception. She had a repair person at our room within 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call. For me excellent customer service is the most important aspect of a hotel stay.

We would definitely recommend the Independent because it offered a modern but affordable room. - The central position of the hotel within Philadelphia, it meant that we were able to walk to places within the city. The fact that breakfast was provided. The helpful advice given by the hotel receptionist.
