Suitable for city trip.
Staff was great. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name). Dan is the soul of the hotel, friendly and helpful. Don't know about remaining staff.
Location is very good, price for the location also good.

Congratulations to the designer, the bathrooms are a wonder of design in such a tiny space. I was upgraded to a queens room, that was also a corner room. Enjoyed this corner of peace in the busy city. All staff was very nice, all including the smiling and courtous cleaning ladies. Would go back! -

It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). Het hotelpersoneel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.Het hotel en de kamer waren zeer netjes en schoon. De lobby is chique en modern ingericht. De ligging was super, op hooguit 1 minuut loopafstand van Times Square. De balie is 24 uur per dag bemand. Wij hadden een king-size bed, deze lag erg goed. - - goede locatie
