The hotel is very close to Gran Central Station. It was very quiet, very clean and has been recently refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. A small hotel but nice and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff.

Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam, mooie schone kamer zelfs met keuken, met overvol programma alleen gebruikt voor kopje thee s'morgens vroeg maar elke dag werd er afgewassen en theezakjes bijgevuld, elke dag schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken. En bovendien erg goed gelegen, op geen vijf minuten lopen van Grand Central Station van waaruit je metro- en busverbindingen in alle richtingen hebt én een schitterende food court, en met in de buurt veel goedkope en duurdere restaurant(je)s en een massa (nacht)winkels.

We went to nyc on a girls trip staying in a two double bed with a city
view room on the 18th floor. Comfortable beds, very clean, adequate
breakfast in am, 24 hr coffee, and excellent service with front desk.
They were always eager to address our needs. This hotel is only two
blocks away from Grand Central Station, which was perfect for seeing the
city. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was th sliding door
that separates the bedroom and bathroom. This was easily overlooked
