  The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Bathroom setup was fantastic. The shower was the best I've ever had. Wish I could take it home with me. It was a rainshower type with great pressure and easy to turn on and off. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  The location is outstanding. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location. Spacious rooms, all overlooking the street, very bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Het hotel bleek d hele dag en nacht ook gratis koffieen thee te biden en rond 5 uur is er gratis wiijn en snacks. The closet was large and well lit. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, the wine and cheese receptions, and the availability of coffee, tea, cookies and fruit all day. I would highly recommend this hotel. - Very comfortable and clean. Fantastic bed and excellent controllable heating/aircon. Central location but very peaceful. Staff very friendly. Overall everything was first class.
