  This is a "Classic" hotel that is part of the Waldorf Astoria. Separate entrance, separate doorman, concierge, etc. Feels like "Old New York". Rooms have 15 ft ceilings and wonderful architecture. We had two rooms and our daughter's room was modern, phenomenal bath all in marble. great, personal, service. Will definitely stay again. - Every... wat mensen zeggen » thing.   The room was in excellent condition. Perfectly cleaned smelling fresh and and luxuriously designed The view from the 37th floor was to die for especially at night. I could see the Empire State Building, Crysler Building and all the others that lit up the night sky. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would reccomend it anytime. My visit to New York Citey will be - Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab--- very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

  On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. The bed and linen were very nice with 5 great nights sleep. The hotel was very well located for all areas i.e. times square, 5th Avenue. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.
