De Plek is echt goed, zeer centraal. Kamers zijn netjes en het personeel vriendelijk! - Het is heel prettig om zo dicht in het centrum te zitten zonder dat je in het hotel merkt dat je midden in de drukte zit (geen lawaai e.d.) En het personeel was zeer dienstverlenend en vriendelijk. Het had iets gezelligs.

Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. I loved the hotel. The hotel is old and shows it's age but was very accommodating for experiencing New York and the area. The room was a bit hot, but all things considered like I said it is a old hotel. I would stay there again and again and again. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems. I would suggest they smile more, no one in the area of NYC smiles and that is sad, so I understand why they don't, but a conscience effort should be made to s

New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight
landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and
ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got
there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every
thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they
did let me leave my bags.

Location was outstanding. Central positioning in Midtown, v close to Empire State & Times Square.
Every request from the hotel was met - extra bedding delivered immediately. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfasts v good.
Some people have complained about the fact that only 2 elevators served (I think) up to 12 floors. Yes there were the

The location is terrific. It is in the middle of manhattan and next to
important subway stations. Extremely convenient transportation. The next
door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes
and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The
room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire
building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed.
And the most important, staffs are very nice! Especially Mathew!

to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many
restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have
our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my
dog. Relatively spacious room. Convenient computers in lobby. Location
was excellent in terms of ease and proximity, as well as not too noisy.
