Everything, everybody. Quiet, calm, luxuriously relaxing, yet few steps away from Las Vegas Life (the door to Mandalay!) I keep coming back every year, as an exhibitor at World of Concrete, and every single time I feel as a queen, as if I were the only guest. Congratulations!

Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.

When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys
and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water
the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as
well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We
enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone
was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson
One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one
breakfast.

The best thing about the hotel is that does not have a casino in
the lobby. So you do avoid smelling like cigarettes when getting to
your room.
Rooms are cleaner that most hotels on the strip, which makes a great value for money, since you paid less for a cleaner room.

Everything. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And
it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free
breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that
it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi
ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip
when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would
stay there again.

Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! The hotel staff are very nice, and professional and have very great postive attitudes here. I had a very pleasant exprience here I will never forget!! The place is very safe her with a security team that keeps the hotel safe and these security personal here have a big heart and great respect for all guest to stay here. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know who needs to travel to Las Vegas for a hotel like this that has high standards!!!
