  The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on... wat mensen zeggen » him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

  Great little quiet hotel for the inexpensive price. My 3 friends and I from California all stayed here together, we had two rooms with a connecting bathroom and it worked out perfect. I had read that people had problems with the shower changing from hot to cold which I didn't experience but my friends did. We all laughed about it as it was no big ... wat mensen zeggen » deal. Before deciding on the hotel I read some review where people complained about funny smells in the hallway that we did not experience on our flo - We were 3 friends staying at the hotel who had 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom which always had hot water. We each got a bed as there is a pullout bed which was just as comfy as the single bed. There was also a double bed with wardrobes and hangers. The room was spotless and we had our towels changed and beds made every day. As everyone else says, the location was the best part; just a few mins walk from Central Park in a very safe and fairly well-to-do area, so as girls we felt comforta

  The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long in a room and only need some rest after sightseeing. Will definitely stay here again when next time in ny. - Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again - ... wat mensen zeggen » you don't need much more than a clean and comfortable place to sleep if you're on a busy citybreak. - The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
