  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless.   I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views. Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here! The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

  Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My partner loved the tinted glass bathroom and the bed was comfy. The room was quiet with a lot of windows, clean, not stuffy, good heating and air conditioning (it was snowing the day we... wat mensen zeggen » were there). I really enjoyed my stay, and with the price I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. - Nice place to stay in Manhattan :-) Service personal is amazing!! When i was dependent on help they were there. It`s not in every upper-class Hotel like this! It was really a great time to stay. The Hotel is in centre, near all sights and for NYC very good price. Any time again :-)

There was enough room to walk around and even to leave your luggage open.   Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms. The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.
