The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and
understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited
on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot
and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around
the corner. Would definitely stay here again. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great nights sleep, bed was so comfy and big plus we had a great view from the 22nd floor.

We came to New York overnight by bus, and arrived at 8am. It was cold so we went to the hotel to see if we could get an early check-in and warm up. The staff was absolutely amazing and did everything they could for us--including finding a room at that early hour. The room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel is in Chinatown and located only a few doors down from
directly under the Manhattan bridge. Sounds terrible but it's not.
We were on a budget and this hotel was perfect. It makes a huge
difference being on Manhattan, so as long as you can stand the Asian

I though the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The location
was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around
town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff
was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc
were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.

I loved everything about this hotel! It is in great location on lower
east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful.
Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my
friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They
was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn
station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms
comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc

Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a
couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room
needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of
trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in
china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where
so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms.

place
