  Staff was courteous, helpful and very welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious enough. Location is ideal: metro is at corner of the street, 7 minutes walk from 5th and 6th street and about 15 minutes walk from Times square. - LOVED the upgrade to the rooms.   I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My partner loved the tinted glass bathroom and the bed was comfy. The room was quiet with a lot of windows, clean, not stuffy, good heating and air conditioning (it was snowing the day we... wat mensen zeggen » were there). I really enjoyed my stay, and with the price I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. - Nice place to stay in Manhattan :-) Service personal is amazing!! When i was dependent on help they were there. It`s not in every upper-class Hotel like this! It was really a great time to stay. The Hotel is in centre, near all sights and for NYC very good price. Any time again :-)
