  convenience of the location for the marathon....also clean and restaurant accomodated runners for early breakfast. rooms are nice and the shower heads are great spraying out 2 different places. also the like the fact that you have a safe and that your gift shop was open late as I forgot to pack my contact lense case and you had them for sale in g... wat mensen zeggen » ift shop last year I accidentally left my keyboard to my ipad in the room and when I called back it had been saved in housekeeping and the lady in cha - Room was super-clean and all ammenities were present, ie water coffee, special soaps etc. Very comfortable beds. Everything was top notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and had answers to all questions.

  Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. Upon arrival staff provided my whole family super delicious chocolate chip cookies are they were free and available all the time on ur demand. Hotel had a complimentary shuttle... wat mensen zeggen » to the most famous tourism points of Pittsburg which is really helpful in saving money and time of finding taxis. - The shuttle!! The staff was professional, courteous, and insanely helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels are bad. The shuttle, the shuttle, oh and did I mention the shuttle?
