It had a complimentary shuttle service to the Chicago airport. They picked me up within 5 minutes of being called that I have arrived. The next morning, I waited just a few minutes before the shuttle went back to the airport to deliver me and three other hotel guests to our departure terminals. - nice mattress

We had stayed there 6 weeks ago at the beginning of our trip and were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel. That's why we stayed there again as our trip came to an end. -

The cleaning staff were so nice and polite. much nicer then the front desk. My room was clean and warm. My kids had fun in your swimming pool. -
The beds were comfortable. The room seemed clean, but in the morning my daughter had bites of some kind all over her neck. No one else did though. The pool was warm.

There was plenty of space in our King bedroom suite for our family of 3:
2 children & 1 adult. There was a kitchen sink, another
sink/mirror in the main bedroom & a sink inside the bathroom.
For 3 females, it was perfect. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel

The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a
car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the
road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing.

People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.
