We had stayed there 6 weeks ago at the beginning of our trip and were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel. That's why we stayed there again as our trip came to an end. -

hotel is close to the airport and offers free and effective airport transfers. it is also well equipped with various facilities, staff are friendly and efficient. -
very convenient for access to O'Hare for early morning flight with frequent shuttles. Very comfortable room and facilities.

comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.
