Staff left a lot to be desired. Incorrect tourist advice and complete disregard for our problem. Morning staff member was only interested in watching tv instead of attending to our issue. Had to ask a number of times for his assistance.
Comfortable bed. Softest pillows ever. Easy location. Clean. Safe feeling when traveling alone. Dog friendly. I was in town for a dog show. Great price. I would absolutely stay again for the next dog show.
Towels were very thin & scratchy. Walls were slightly thin. I could hear noise from other guests. No fan setting on air conditioner/heater. I would have left a fan setting on more. TV made a high pitched sound after a few minutes of being on.
Near attractions of PADutch Country. Easy access from Rt 30. Reasonable price for what you got.
Rooms did not have place to sit. Usually you have a chair and small table. Only a desk and desk chair in the room

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. I liked the comfortable beds and the size of the room.
I didn't like that I couldn't adjust the air conditioner. I could turn it on or off but I could not adjust the temp. in the room. When it was on, the room was very cold and when it was off, then it was too warm.
Service was wonderful,very affordable, comfortable, and clean. Best hotel we have been in for a very long time.
Closed the pool to early, but I understand why.
It was close to all the attractions we wanted to see and easy to get to.

Took long time to check in I feel they should have had more than 1 person working the desk on a Sat when the hotel was totally booked. There was a line all the way out the front doors. The person working the desk did a good job considering he was all by his self.
It was the perfect location to Dutch Wonderland, The Strasburg Railroad, The Dutch country and outlets. It had a great Continental Breakfast, nice pool area and was clean. It also had a nice picnic area to eat with a nice view away om all the traffic. The staff was wondeful. My young son had gotten sick duing the night and when I told them the next morning that that they may want to pay extra attention to the beds because of this they were very nice about it and concerned for my son.
The room seemed a bit cramped and there was no table with chairs in room to eat. There was aso a problem with the ice machine.
I came down with a group of families who have children on the autism spectrum and the hotel was not only family friendly, but also great for children with special needs.
My room was not clean when I checked in but once I reported the problems with it, they were corrected immediately.
The place & staff was great. Not even a block away from Dutch Wonderland and shopping. I couldn't have come across a better deal than here!

It was a great value and very comfortable. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
Location good for touring
Breakfast coffee not drinkable. so weak it looked like coffee pot "washings". Also required wake-up call not done so we overslept. When I complained to front desk they said to make direct with desk next time - great I did the first time and it failed.
Beds were comfortable.We enjoyed our stay and they had discount Dutch Wonderland tickets. Perfect location.

The facility has been recently renovated. Like new interior. Every amenity needed. Not over stated or over sized, but just right.
Breakfast was very good, although it would be nice if they changed it up a bit. Nice big area for breakfast. Room was extremely clean and felt safe. Area was superb for shopping and other Lancaster things to do. Employees were friendly although they didn't speak very good English.
Got charged for a room safe that I didn't use. Had to call when I got home to adjust the charge. Shampoo and soap is a cheap brand. Washcloths were worn. Should clean the stairwells.

It was clean, and convenient and the price was reasonable+they allow pets.
My biggest complaint is with letsbookhotel.com. We wrote in the special request section that we wanted ground floor. In the hotel rooms that we ordered through booking didn't receive the special requests. It was on our email confirmation but not on their print out for some reason. I hope that that letsbookhotel.com can fix this issue.

On Saturday there was only one person in the kitchen for breakfast, She did a GREAT job keeping up but she really needed help. Ran out of food, eggs, and by 8:30 had to wait quite awhile to have her make more. Several people were waiting for them.

Receptionist was funny and friendly, and made us feel welcome. Located near a lot of great stores. Accomodations were good.
In general it was clean, however, some more detail can be place to make it cleaner (E.G., cleaning of refrigerator outside as it was dirty, and the bathtub can be clean better with desinfectant to take any mildew).
Cleanliness of room, proximity to Sight and sound Theatre and Amish Farmlands and restaurants. I love the fact that breakfast is included.

Morning desk clerk not so friendly, Lost my keys in the elevator shaft and was unable to retrieve them due to hotel staff do not have access to elevator shaft. Keys are still there.
