If your tastes run to ultra modern euro style, this is the hotel for you. We stayed for a midweek conference so only spent one night but were very comfortable and well looked after. Rooms are simply furnished - no overstuffed sofas or chairs here. The floating platform bed is the only cushy spot in the room, and dramatically underlit. The bath is beautiful. If you're staying for a few days, please note that hangers are the only clothes storage option. And if you don't like the idea of padding a.

Nice materials and enjoyable stay. They think of everything including wireless phone charging station. The bed was amazing, the room was really nice. Love the corked floors and the modern look. Nice little getaway and probably the best bed I've ever slept in. The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I also liked the modern decor. Sinks in and out of the toilet area was convenient. Great design, huge windows looking out over the city, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms with luxe fixtures, excellent restaurant and bar. It would be helpful to have hotel information in the room, such as check out time, where to find ice, exercise facilities, etc. Continental breakfast very sparse. Lack of door knob or handle on the bathroom door. The light next to the bed could not be adjusted to be able to read in bed. (At least I could not adjust it. I should have called down to the desk, but did not.). Need to serve a full breakfast as there is nothing in the area and the hotel only serves a continental breakfast that inclused fruit, yogurt, and pastries. In fact the area needs a breakfast spot and you could own that market if you put together a good menu. I did not like the price. It was pretty expensive. I did not like having to pay $16 for parking. parking. the bathroom door. Parking $. Smokers outside of hotel, smoke rolled into lounge. eh. pool?. nothing. Room felt a bit sterile and had no sitting armchair. Parking was an extra $16. Needed toast for in the morning. Too small bedroom. Lighting was questionable especially in the bathroom. It was dark in the room and the task lighting was not sufficient. High price for bad view. One switch on/off lights. I was charged a $40.00 'hold' fee, without my knowledge. I found out today while on line banking. If you care about customer service, you should have made sure I was told about this practice ahead of time. Now I'm told the charge could take up to 10 days to be refunded! Very poor service. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very small ... we asked for a larger room and it was only slightly better. I like contemporary but the room was stark, very bad acoustics, no color...no place to put wet boots, no coffee in the room. Very minimal reception desk ...only one overworked person working. I expected more for the $$. The price was too high for what I was given. 169 dollars for a small room. No vending machines, ice machines. I didn't like that we kept getting woke up at 3 am because of the people above us. Had to call to front desk a handful of times unti we just decided to stay up. The room was very small for the price you pay. I will never go there again.
