  The manager responded to the inoperable in-room movies by providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The pool area is very family friendly with two indoor slides. The lobby area is very warm, yet expansive. The views from the balconies are fantastic, especially the higher floors. The beds are very comfortable, the staff is helpful. (Thank you Tiffany for working with us and changing our room!) The rooms are clean, the view from the bar is great as well, the fire pit is a very nice touch. That is our second stay here and I have recommended the hotel to all my friends. Great hotel.

  The staff were welcoming and very helpful when asked. It was a lovely setting and perfect for adults without children. Away from the tourist attractions in the national park. The drive to the lodge is hilly and hairpin bends but worth it when you arrive. Can thoroughly recommend a stay here. - The Lodge at Buckberry Creek was excellent. Everythin... wat mensen zeggen » g from the service of the entire staff to the beautiful views to the must-see pavilion area... all amazing. So thankful to have found such a beautiful and rustic lodge among all of the other options when traveling to Gatlinburg.
