  HAd a problem because the poolwas closed for maintenance, resolved to my satisfaction with hotel staff. George was very helpful and professional. - I loved the huge room, hot tub/ indoor pool, and the staff was friendly. Free breakfast coupon was great too! Such a great deal for the price.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had and the room was comfortable and they provided a crib for our two month old. - We have stayed at this hotel a few times.   I loved that there were a lot of stuff available in the room like iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, bedside/reading chair. Most of which I didn't use but it was great knowing that they were available.   The staff were really friendly, professional, helpful and always willing to assist and provide information. Chirine and Arita, and shuttle bus drivers helped me a lot with their recommendations on my daily trips and sightseeing. The shuttle bus service from/to Rockville station was regular and reliable. The hotel room was quiet and clean. I will definitel - My husband and I were attending a family 60th wedding anniversary. It was convenient to where the party was held. I think that location is best suited for business. Nothing in walking distance around. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in a littler earlier becaue we were coming from PA and wanted to change prior to the party.
