  I was quite concerned after reading the mixed reviews, however there was an event that took 8500 rooms in Philly with many hotels sold out and choices were extremely limited. Microtel is a great choice if you just want a clean bed and bathroom and easy train access into Philly. The room was clean, and I was with some picky friends who immediately tore both beds apart looking for bugs or soiled sheets. None found! We stayed for 3 nights, and were happy to be there. We'd stay again.

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful especially after the first suttle didn't arrive and I had to call for a second one. The shuttle driver refused a tip because they were late in picking me up, he also put together a small lunch sack for me so I would have something to eat. Lemon could have been provided for the tea drinkers. Tea selection was good, my favorite was there, green tea with pomegranite ? .The ladies who worked the breakfast room were excellent, accommodating special requests if possible. Darryl, at the front desk, was excellent and helpful in many ways.

  The receptionist was lovely. I think her name was Jessica. She was very friendly. The other guy working was also very friendly. I am not sure of his title but he brought us the roll away bed. Even the breakfast ladies were kind and they were very busy. So, great staff when we stayed! Rooms were clean and I am a very picky person when it comes to t... wat mensen zeggen » hat. It was nice to be able to sleep in a clean bed and room. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating my son didn't want to leave because of the pool.
