The room was nice. The room keepers were pleasant. cleanliness, location, staffing. Location. Basic affordable room in a very overpriced town. If there were any motels in some of the surrounding communities, I would never enter Durango city limits. There are many things to do in the area and durango is just an overpriced, congested tourist trap. price could have been lower, but it's high season in Durango. Great staff.

Central location butpretty much nothing else. Cheap ($53.85 incl Tax) in a costly tourist town. So suits ONLY budget person for overnight. Family room concept was great with three queen beds in it. It was affordable for the area GREAT bar-b-que in town!. Not Much! The shower had good water pressure. Barely tollerable. Location. Nothing. Price. Shower water pressure Did move us to another room. The clerk was helpful with our room selection. Had a family room - 3 queen beds. Nothing. Manager was rude. I wont go back again and will tell every one not to go there. pillows were substandard, bed was uncomfortable. Outside noise. Mattress was very hard. I tossed and turned all night for 3 nights, woke up feeling like a rotisserie chicken! they do not offer mattress pads. poor parking, small room, had to pay for ice and local calls. Traffic noise. Thin walls! Hot tub only open in the evening. The hotel is very old and needs some upgrades. The carpets and blankets are pretty dirty. No alarm clock, no kleenex, no coffee, no outlets for charging, crappy TV reception, lumpy bed, 1950's room and furnishings. towels were very thin, as was the soap. Ice machine was broken. no coffee machine in room or available antwhere else. Thin towels and sheets. Tiny room. Pool closed. A quarter to get some ice. Old and basic (but clean). Outdated, not well maintained. Our room was very noisy... road noise went on til midnite and talking noise could be heard outside our room. It was a no frills room. There was no counter space in the bathroom... the AC had no knobs to turn it on. There was no attendant to check out and share our concerns. The rooms & facilities were in poor condition. It was not Budget priced for the condition of the accommodations. Poor Value. Too small. Pillows and bed were terrible. If I would have seen the place before I paid I would not have stayed. The first room we were placed in was filthy!!!!. Dirty, small and horrible parking. Could have been a little cleaner. Very overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Sink drain was broken and I had to get underneath the sink to fix it before the sink would drain. the staff, we left a travel plug in the room we had and they wouldn't help to get and the room was small you couldn't walk around it with out walking into thing and you had to park away from your room, and had to pay for the ice where every else we been it was in the price you pay for the room. Room had a bad smell, AC unit was noisy all the time. I have paid less in other motels with breakfast. No hot water in shower, room 108, towels the worst, of any hotel anywhere. Needs new beds. Needs refurbishing. Musty, mildewy smell in room next to pool. The room had bad odor, ac not working, refrige & microwave not in room as advertise, heater on all night, not control by us,my grand- daughter left with another family & refused to stay with us, & other problems we reported wasn't taken care of & assistant wasn't available. We change room couple times & they both suck!! Take this motel off your list!!!!. On the main street of Moab. (ie within 10 feet of the street!) Dodgy, scary place, dirt floor and bare minimum in the room - paper-thin towels, shower had hot and hotter water - not comfortable at all. AC very noisy (although that did cover up some of the street noise. Staff was not around when I came to check in. It turns out the guy qas out getting a burrito which wasn't supprising when we walked in to reception and smelled the overwhelming odor of pot smoke. The rooms were tiny and down right disgusting. Not even worth the money.
