I had a issue with my credit card but the staff was more than willing to help in the situation. Was nice and convenient for where we needed to go. Good price for money. Location, close to shopping, staff was very friendly, the suite was roomy and comfortable for 2. The great suite with the jacuzzi. The pleasant staff. Everything, hotel staff was amazing.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, pool and hot tub, and the flat screen tv for a very, very good rate. I Liked the value for money and the location. It was very convenient to our business trade centers. Also the cost was ok. The indoor pool was okay but wasn't as clean as it should have been. Price was pretty reasonable. The room is spacy. Nick mgr is mean. Absolutely nothing. Cost of room. Nothing. No breakfast offered, no iron or ironing board in rooms have to go to front desk for one. Suite needs a 2nd tv, hot tub was not working. The very thin and small towels. The lack if food available and the round about way we had to go through in order to get any where - the access road is one way in the opposite direction of restaurants. They did not have a crib for our baby. The pool was closed and it was only 3ft deep. Bedroom was dirty and hole and crack in shower. The room was a little run down ( wall paper was peeling off in places, room smelled funny, shower stayed clogged up). Hard to get on to the main road. We were woken up at 3 in the morning to the fire alarms going off, we had to go outside because the alarms were so loud- we asked the guy at the front desk what was going on, but he never would give us an explanation nor an apology. I did not like the lack of breakfast option. I did not think this would be much of a problem before I arrived but once there you just want to go get food without having to drive. Both myself & my cousin woke up with a terrible rash. We reported it to the front desk attendee & was told someone would call us back after ther research the room. We never received a call back. There was an odor in the rooms, their were beer bottle tops all over the room, guys were in the elevator smoking marijuana, It seemed like a motel where prostitutes and drug dealers go. I will never stay there again!!!. Facilities such as the hot tub were not working properly. We booked a non-smoking room however there was a strong smoke Oder in the hallways of our floor. Also not enough towels in the room. Tv Not working properly... Lost local channels frequently. Staff is bossy and not helful. We only ask for a plastic spoon , but the guy was rude and refused to provide us any spoon. The room is poor in noise insulation. It s very hard to get to the place if you re new to the area. Not recommended for out of state guest! Go to crossland motel in irving which is cheap, great service and close to the airport and shopping!!!. Dirty sheets, mold on walls and ac unit, broken and stained light shades, shower curtain hanging out of wall, broken mirror, wall paper and laminate counter top coming off, cigarettes burns in a non-smoking room, prostitute activity at side entrance throughout the night. Just a very dirty hotel that the health inspector should look into. Very dissatisfied and would have moved but hotel charged my credit card in full upon checkin. This is maybe a one star hotel not a 3. The motel was dirty from day one. The walls and floor are extremely thin, the non smoking rooms smell of smoke, the linen was like sandpaper and they only give a family of four 3 towels. They commented they could exchange towels once dirty. Motel 6 has severly gone done hill, me and my family will never stay at another motel 6. The sheets were dirty, there were cockroaches coming out of the walls, it was a none smoking room and it smell like cigarette ( disgusting),the couch had stains, the wall were broken, everything was old, the staff didn't clean the room, the pool was freezing cold and super dirty and disgusting! ! I didn't like it at all!!.
