The staff was outstanding and accommodating, especially at the front desk, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We made a a comment about the shower not working properly. We liked the fact that there was no smoking allowed in the rooms as well. The desk reps were attentive and addressed me first with welcome and assistance offer. It felt safe and was noticeably clean with lots of fresh air.

The room was very nice. The rooms were tidy and roomy. The staff was nice. if you like a harder bed like me you would like the beds. the pillows were way to hard for me tho. Good value for money. Pretty good breakfast. The fact that the elevator was broken. No coffee pots in the room. During the busy time in the morning, it seemed staff could have refiled the coffee urns a little quicker. A lot of construction made getting around a little confusing. hi price due to demand for that weekend. Rooms are outdated, weird wall of mirrors and terrible lighting inside room. Shower was so-so and the shower curtain was too short so it just blew open during shower, soaking the floor. The pool was too cold to use. No hot tub. No coffee makers in the room. The price of the room is expensive for what little you get. The breakfast was to go till 10:00 and at 9:30 they ran out of some things and didn't replace them because they said they were done at 10:00. Not Happy about that. I felt the staff was nice but it seemed to me as the staff was ONE Lady only. she was running all over the place. Felt Sorry for her and she looked frazzeled. She was polite but people had to wait at the front desk a while because she was off doing laundry and helping people and just running. No coffee pot or shampoo in the room. Staff left the door open where they prepared breakfast and it was dirty. No counter top to use so they used an old freezer that was filthy. We ate else where. The walls are apparently very thin. We could hear the neighboring rooms TV, hear talking etc. The breakfast the final day was very inadequate. We went to eat around 8:30. Waffle mix, gravy, and rolls were all gone. The staff said they were out of everything. It was in the middle of nowhere, it was also loud and noisy, a lot of children running up and down the hallways, knocking on the door. Along way from the city and no public transport. Dogs across the hall barked all night and staff was unresponsive when we called and stopped by the front desk. Did not take our complaint as serious until after my second trip to the front desk and even then they did not take the time to look into the issue. They called my room to tell me my dogs were barking. (I did not have dogs) Was not offered a new room or discount. location was difficult to get in and out Room was small and very drab.
