For us the location we went to Corpus with other family that was staying with family in Corpus. Motel was located between family, beach and other sites we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly from the front desk to the pool guy. All staff we talk to was great. If I visit Corpus again will stay here again. The front desk staff were friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, nice / modern TV, a/c worked well, free WiFi was very helpful, and the location was good for our needs.

Great location, just a short drive to beach. Easy highway access, and BJ's Pizzaria is located a few doors down. They had rags to clean our dirty motorcycles from a long trip to have em ready for thr bike rally... The staff very friendly, breckfast very complete, perfect ubication, neer all areas. I like that they had free breafast And a pool . There beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly, location was great. good price, quite, good location. Good location, friendly staff, breakfast foods were continually restocked and late breakfast hours were a plus, value priced, clean room, felt safe. The price. The location, between bay area & Mustang Island. Free breakfast. Fridge & micro at no extra cost. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the staff was nice and friendly. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Ease of booking room, friendliness of staff. Quite, continintal breakfast. Location near beach and restaurants. Convenience to beach. Budget-friendly. The bathroom could use some new shower curtains..they had and smelled of mildew. If it had a vent, it didn't work. The vent screen was filthy. The light kept going out, as if there was a short or something. Didn't love the location, right off the access road to major highway but that did make it convenient for getting back and forth so there was an up side to it. The first room they assign us the toilet didn't work propertly, nex day they change us to another room, and the bathroom vent didn't work out. When I got there our room wasnt ready so we had to wait the front desk lady look friendly and was nice but didnt inform or give any time or details about the hotel. In the room we were having problems with our restroom and also there was a roach.lu. Rest room was very small. very limited on breakfast menue need more fresh fruit need biscuits, gravey, meat. Older hotel, bathroom could have been cleaned better, no lavatory door, noisy next to highway, no mini fridge in room, and ice machine on third floor did not work. The back area has no good view. One clerk at desk/ busy. Low on towells. Laundry mat is outside. The elevator seemed to have some problems. Also, we put in a maintenance request on an outlet and had to call several times. The maintenance person did not show but a desk person helped at the end of the day. We didn't get our room cleaned for our second night. It was too late to worry about it when we got back. My only complaint. Not much on breakfast bar. Made service rude. Overall cleanliness was very bad. Carpet badly stained, mold in shower, musty damp smell in room. Definitely in need of a remodel. AC didn't work in the first room. Extremely strong penetrating smoke smell. Only Two towels in the room. Bathrooms were filthy and shower curtains was moldy. Room phone did not work. Called front desk and they hung up on me twice. Room smelled , very humid, the outside was dirty, people were outside of our room for hours at nigyt drinking, and no security. Parking was terrible.
