The staff was very accommodating after they discovered that THEY (not bookings,con) had only booked 1 room for us instead of the 2 we had requested.

We were traveling with my daughter and her partner and my grand daughter. We wanted 2 beds for my daughters room but they only gave them one king size bed

The room was a nice and spacious, very comfy.

The microwave had old bagels and cream cheese left in it

Maintenance work was lacking. Needed someone to fix a lot of things.

The hotel room was very clean, so clean that the toliet even had a "note slip" stating it had been cleaned and sanitized. There was a decent sized refrigerator and freezer, not like the majority mini-fridges you see. The bed was also comfortable.

The breakfast area was very small and cramped. The location of some of the rooms are "ify" because they are on the backside of the hotel, which is secluded. Not enough well lit areas on that end. Also the parking is very tight and unorganized--some are at a slant and others are vertical.

Mainly the location.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned. There were hairs in the sheets, when we pulled back the covers. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The tub and toilet had stains. Baseboards were dusty, Housekeeping not very attentive to cleanliness.

The location was where we needed a hotel.

The room was a mess. Holes in the wall. Fixtures ripped out of the wall. The door handle on the inside of the room fell off when we closed the door and the maintenance guy said it was too late to fix it (you could open the door if you put enough friction between the handle and the broken part). The room was grungy and smelled of smoke. We heard from an employee that other employees had stayed there and trashed the room. We should have been allowed to move rooms but they wouldn't consider it.

Not Much.

1. Air Conditioner worked poorly I was uncomfortable all night. 2. Carpets were badly stained. 3.There was odor covered up by flowery spray. 4. There was an old type TV that had poor reception.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The bedding was clean. Good location, not far from downtown.

We stayed in the hotel only for one night. One of the towels in my room had black long hair all over it. Really nasty. The walls in the room were dirty. The desk chair had spots all over the seat. Shady people walk near the hotel trying to sell you ties or other stuff.

I wish I had a positive but sadly nothing!

The room stank horribly, stale breakfast, the room wasn't very clean, the wifi never worked despite letting the staff know but nothing was done, the motel is in an awful area and it is very rough, didn't feel safe at all. The rooms next to us had long-term customers who argued, shouted, slammed doors in the early hours. I've stayed in dives and not minded, but this place is truly to be avoided.

the room was disgusting, cigarette burns on the tub and toilet, mold on the baseboards, nappy, crusty carpet.
