The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. Lots of good food, hot and cold and plenty of seating.We also liked seeing the skyline from out 12th floor window.

Good location and great view (you can actually see the lake) for $129 a single night made it a bang for buck. The rooms are on the top floor (40th) while the lover levels are offices of different banks. Just thinking about taking a shower above a corner room makes you smile:)

convenience to our daughter! - European style boutique hotel. Reasonable price and friendly staff. Free continental breakfast and coffee/tea/snacks throughout day in lobby area. Great location for Lakeview/Lincoln Park area. Would stay there again definitely but wonder about a/c in summer.

The breakfast was the best! We particularly liked that hot chocolate,coffee, and fruit was available at all times. The lobby was a nice place to relax. All the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. -

The staff was extremely kind when our taxi didn't show up to take us
to Union Station. So we missed the train. A staff member stood in the
rain with us while we tried to get another cab. We couldn't get a
cab, but they let us continue to use our room for the day. This out-
weighs any of the negative comments we wrote. They were awesome! -

... wat mensen zeggen » the helpful front desk staff as well as the room cleaners. Anna and Barbara did an excellent job of cleaning and restocking my room 317 when I stayed there earlier this week. They both deserve raises.
I also liked the guest use of the lobby computer as well as the continental breakfast.

The location was very close (in Chicago terms) to the festival I attended. Also, I liked their breakfast and relatively small size for a Marriott. Everything operated properly. -

At check-in the staff was extremely helpful and, when no parking spots were available, they showed where to find free parking and then another ramp to park as well. The events hosted by the hostel were outstanding as well, the pub crawl, evening grill out, and the Hawks parade viewing of course. Overall, this hostel is straightforward and simple, no tricks, in a fun and happening Lincoln Park neighborhood, and I know this is my new go to place to stay when I return to Chicago for future trips.

Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a
$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had
amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in.

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.
