We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. After all was said and done,

We enjoyed our stay at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel a great deal. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.

I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. Lots of good food, hot and cold and plenty of seating.We also liked seeing the skyline from out 12th floor window.

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

We originally only had this hotel booked for 1 night and then would move to another Hilton. We were able to our same room for the additional nights. The room was clean and comfortable and we had an awesome view. Noah one of the doormen was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals. All of the staff that I came across were polite and efficient.

The location was excellent for my wife to shop unti she drop. The
beautiful layout of interior and exterior rooms was breath-taking. Our
room was spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. My son
loved the sofa bed which was very comfortable and relaxing as well. We
enjoyed the indoor pool and the soothing hot-tub. The bathtub and shower
were very relaxing and soothing plus, we really apprecited the extra

Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for
our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake
on the 26th floor. Glad we got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com for $229… The
normal rate for the room was $519… ( For me it was definitely a $200
room but not a $500 room ) Great location one block off

Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other
guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I
liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the
living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p
check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.

From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was
help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right
direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful,

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

Location, location, location! We were one block off Michigan Avenue,
which did help cut down on some street noise; and, we were steps away
from Trader Joe's, Luxe Cafe, Homegoods, Nordstrom Home,
Lawry's, Pizzeria Due, and all the beautiful Michigan Avenue stores.
Just a quick walk to the Michigan Ave bus stops, too! $7 Taxi fare to
the Bank of America theatre.

I initially chose your hotel for it's location and price..Close to

We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was
spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked
the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The
location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice
long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with
the facility and would definitely stay there again.
