Location was close to shops & restaurants; oceanfront balcony was priceless! Complimentary breakfast that was included with reservation was delicious - and very plentiful. The place was incredibly clean, which by the way, is usually EXTREMELY hard to find at the Jersey Shore!!. Sandy who was in charge of breakfast was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was wonderful. We were there for just 1 night, and enjoyed being at the hotel.
alle beoordelingen » The room size was a pleasant surprise. It was convenient to have a kitchenette and sitting room - just wish the bedroom was on the beach side. We liked the fact that there was a separate living and bedroom and also the fridge. We also loved the view from the balcony. Location location location..... Breakfast buffet usage of pool towels for beach Good value for the price. We liked the location and the fact that we were close to shopping in historic Cape May. Balcony and ocean view great breakfast included pet friendly rooms!. The room was great with a perfect view of the atlantic ocean. The rooms were spotless. Great location. Ample parking. It was right across the road from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Location was excellent, staff was friendly and professional, room clean. clean, location, ocean view, breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Beds were quite uncomfortable - possibly time for new mattresses?? Staff was okay but not very friendly. The mattress on the pull-out bed needs to be replaced and it also needed clean sheets. We didnt like the breakfast, although included if we stay again we will eat elsewhere. coffee at buffet was weak pool was on the small side. n/a. Liked everything!. We had to re-schedule our trip because of a storm. When we arrived on our new date the hotel staff didn't have a clue as to what was going on. They still had us checking in on our old date. Thank goodness it was the off season because if it would have been high season there is a real possibility we would have had no room. didn't know there was a tv in sleeping area because door blocked it. the breakfast buffet was a joke. Buffet Dinner was not good. weather, lack of activities. There restaurant was not very good for dinner. The pool area did not have enough seats for the number of rooms. Felt very closed in and small pool. The facility was old and tired and musty smelling. Not enough ac outlets to charge phones, cameras etc. Rooms were not up to date technologically. Cable tv was terrible with only 30 channels. Pool and bar only open until 7pm. day shift staff on the desk not to friendly. breakfast staff great. Staff didn't care at all. Plastic window in bedroom with glue holding it in. It was blown out and we froze all night. Staff didn't care that night or the next day. Would never stay there again.
