Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Everything is beautifully organized: free shuttle services to/from the airport and mall of america; buffet breakfast in the morning with tons of choices. The rooms are nice and big and quiet. There's even a small pool plus hottub to relax in. And it's priced extremely well compared to the downtown hotels in Minneapolis. Seriously if you're flying in to Minneapolis for shopping, just .

Location is great - very near to Mall of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too. It was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 days and was able to make it feel like home while we were there. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others. It was in walking distance of the MOA but also provided a shuttle if we didn't feel like walking. The staff was very friendly and always greeted us in the halls with a hello. We will be considering this hotel again for next year when we come down for the annual Komen Race for the Cure. Sunday, May 26: Breakfast was awesome, and staff fabulous. Coffee, cucumber water, and lemon water always available. Impressive and appreciated. Room & bed quite nice and clean. King suite perfect for get-away. Whirlpool great temperature. Workout room open 24 hours!!!! Nice towels :). IT was very close to the mall and the suites had a shuttle bus to and from the mall.. they shuttled you as well to the transit station which was very convenient. We swam in the pool and used exercise room and hot tub and we're pleased with them all!. Watching airplanes come right past my window..but not hearing them! You can walk to the mall or hop right on the highway to sight see. The hot breakfast was nice. The room was very nice for 1 adult and 2 young adults..we all had room to breathe!. The staff were super friendly and even sent a shuttle out to pick up our crew from the Mall of America after operating hours had ceased. Breakfast was tasty and the rooms and facilities were all very clean. Location was a couple of blocks from mall if America and the shuttle runs on time like clock work to take you and pick you up. But they have a lot of fast delivery restaurants around. But hey! For $119 for 3 people and a great hot breakfast included - I will definitely stay again. Honestly we enjoyed our stay very much and plan on staying in the hotel again in the future. The only thing we would have liked more was if the hotel bar stayed open later. As a young couple, away for the weekend, we would have liked to been able to enjoy some late night drinks at the hotel instead of having to spend an additional $40+ dollars a night in cab fares. Monday, May 27: Breakfast seriously disappointing. Kitchen Staff did not stock fruit, yogurt, milk, or any bread unless specifically asked. No waffles. No service. No water. Just eggs, Sausage, and green apples at 8:10 and again at 9:00 a.m. Wonder which day's breakfast is the norm? Would not come back unless Monday was a fluke. Otherwise, really liked hotel. Nothing. Everything was very good there. Pool coulda been bigger if we used it but we didn't. But very nice hotel. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like!. Since I have young kids, I was a little put out that the very small trash can in the room did not come with a liner for diapers. I suppose this was more of an inconvenience for the cleaning staff than anybody. I was also under the impression that the pull out bed in our room would be a queen and it turned out to be a full. This could have been my mistake, but it did lead to a little extra discomfort. The pool is very small and not very deep. Would be ok for younger kids but not much fun for my 15 year old Mattresses were soft and we all had a backache in the morning. The breakfast wasn't kid friendly. Mine always want pancakes or waffles but not available here Seemed a bit expensive for one night but we did get a great shuttle service and breakfast so all and all probably worth the price. There are really no restaurants close by. No compliments. Not really any food to eat onsite, breakfast was really good, but no one around to ask for stuff when it ran out, no one to clean off tables or clean up spills when kids and adults dropped plates on floor, no employees around the breakfast nook on Sunday or Saturday. not enough parking. desk clerk was short-tempered with us when we arrived. pillows are too soft for my husband. Mattress on sofa needed to be replaced - uncomfortable and bumpy/ shower leaked on floor/ would like Disney channel on tv for children. Tiny pool. You didn't have on demand movies to purchase and no room.service which is a little disappointing. I would honestly not come back just because of those. That's what you look for in a hotel. Luxury. Parking , And best price on booking . com . Called hotel for price and was considerably higher. The breakfast and the pool. The pool was very small. Bar closed early. The sink in bathroom. Breakfast was awful. We were put in a handicap room. It was ok because the bathroom was proablly bigger. Couldn't get room temp below 80 degrees, called front desk. Bus driver came up and nothing happened. Scum on shower curtain and decorative pillow had an opening of 10 inches, it needed repairs.
