  I liked that it was reasonably priced and the staff was very accommodating. We had to leave a day early and they gave no problems about refunding our money for a night that we already paid for. - Great location to downtown and shops. Staff was very accommodating to anything we needed. Hotel was clean. great price.

  The Hotel was the cleanest that we had ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, accommodating and anxious to please. The meeting rooms are large and very popular. - Comfortable bed & pillows. The room was very clean! Staff was very helpful. Restaurant was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

  Our stay was pleasant and uneventful. The high cost of gas may have scared off travelers because we stayed on a Saturday night. I expected it to be busy but it was a ghost town. The staff was friendly, free breakfast was yummy, & I liked that we were able to check in at 2pm. Most places are not until 3-4pm.   Great bargain with super-friendly proprietor who was most helpful with directions and other info about Bay City. A little dicey on some of the inside decor, but very clean, comfortable mattress, plenty of hot water, so a good value for the money. We had stars on our ceiling that lit up when dark! Fun! - Very relaxing, clean, and private.
