We appreciated the complimentary "welcome" bag upon our arrival in our room. - All Facilities, plus and excellent and varied breakfast. Room was unique, pleasant and comfortable.   Breakfast was included. This wasn't a regular hotel breakfast where you had to go early and hope that their was food leftover- buffet style. This breakfast was laid out, where you could make your own! There was a waffle maker, and the waffle mix was pre-made so all you had to do was put the mix in the maker, etc. There was granola, cereal, yogurt,... wat mensen zeggen » bagels, toast, fruit, etc - The staff were very friendly and helpful.The accommodations were adequate, although I would have preferred one queen or king, rather than two double beds.   We really like they accomodated getting us on their shuttle van to the Cross Center for the Hank Concert. My fiance tried purchasing movies in rm 105, and for some reason it would not allow us to, so in order to make up for it, they gave us breakfast vouchers. Clean and well maintained. The only negative is that the restaurant closed at 9 pm and room service closed at 10 pm. We were at an area event and didn't get back until 11 pm. Bookings.com, they could not change the price of the room. When we got there we found out that it was not honored because we had booked our stay through letsbookhotel.com, we were not aware that it wasn't the casino's website or that we were going to have to pay full price to stay, $199. The facility is gorgeous and promotes a relaxed atmosphere. We left our Sting concert tickets on our dining table, and the waitress and manager brought them to the hotel entry to find us and give them back! Amazing!
