I seemed to like everything and the staff was fantastic. I had a problem with my card when I arrived and couldn't believe the level of support. They booked me anyway and told me I could pay cash in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely do it again. I liked the location being next to the Domain so that after a full day of meetings, I could walk around and enjoy a little shopping, dining and Austin air. My king bed was extremely comfortable. Liked musician in bar in the evening.
alle beoordelingen » I loved the décor, staff and ambiance of the hotel. I thought that it was nice for the hotel to have bands scheduled for the weekend days. I like the whole experience. Staff was not only friendly, but they were not stiff about it. They were humorous and down to earth. The bed was comfortable, the room looked amazing, the hotel lobby had the best decor, and the staff were very friendly. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Made my trip special. Especially Andrea and her co worker. new, clean, service was excellent, staff was professional, check in and check out fast and smooth. I liked the location. You are able to get around easily. the staff was very helpful. the deco and layout of the whole place was very modern. Definitely worth the money. the fresh smell of soap when you walked in. Nice location-very nice staff. i enjoyed everything. Staff was very nice. The simplicity. Very relaxing atmosphere. Accessible to shopping/food. Proximity of shopping center Trendy hotel. Not much, except a band jazz band in the lobby on the Saturday night. Great location. There was nothing I didn't like. It was great. The room was very small and designed to be very space efficient. It reminded me of my college dorm. Little to no privacy as door to room is right at the bathroom sink. No chair in room to relax in. Desk chair very ergonomic...hear uncomfortable after awhile. Thin walls - very noisy from bar area and outside construction going on. I did not like the noise coming from the supply entry which was next to my hotel room. The bed was not very comfortable. Elevators a little slow. I was not happy about a dog being on my floor. I was able to sleep at 2am because of the dog barking all night. Also, I wasn't into paying $2 for a 20 Oz soda. Maybe lower the price to a dollar to accommodate guests on a budget. A little out of town...this could be good or bad, depending on what you are doing in Austin...very upscale development "the Domain".....a little pretentious for my taste. I understood that construction was taking place around the hotel. Although it did not impair my stay I was uncomfortable about it. how far it was north. Not the same in the room Had a dirty carpet smell. Noisy. construction in the area. The elevator can be heard continually in our room had to sleep with ear plugs. The room didn't feel very welcoming. It was a little to "sterile" for my liking. To noisy, but in a room on 3rd floor over the outdoor bar which did not quiet down until 2:00 am. Also,hallways seemed noisy as anyone getting off elevator, talk was heard throughout. Rooms need better noise reduction. far from downtown No king bed available. Not much either, dark corridors and rooms. Room cleaning was terrible Curtains let in a ton of light- didn't close correctly/weren't long enough.
