  The staff and the accomodations. When walking into the hotel, it was like walking into a 5 star hotel in the Hawaiian Islands. The car service was also excellent. - I was very impressed by the contemporary designs, and the amount of open space in the hotel room. Great experience.

  This is a good alternative to visit nyc if you are not to pay over $200 for their overpriced hotels.The hotel is 10 miles north of Manhattan - 20 min ride by car. You can park at Bronx and take the subway. Our room 11 was clean and comfy. The only concern was the poor wall noise insulation but if you are lucky to have good neighbors it is ok. - F... wat mensen zeggen » irst of all, we paid $80 a night to be 40 mins by train outside of nyc - it was a great deal, but for $80 don't expect the Waldorf! It was clean, comfortable and an easy drive to the Dobbs Ferry train. The breakfast was great - bagels, muffins, cereal, danishes, coffee, juice - the only downside - you had to eat it in your room.

  Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. Thank you. - The staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was good, area not too crowded, plenty to go around. The room was beautiful, clean, well-insulated.
