Uitstekend qua kwaliteit kamer en inrichting, microwave, koffiemachine, etc.prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was prima. - De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kwam vroeg in de ochtend aan, maar ze had toch al een kamer beschikbaar en mocht ook nog van het ontbijt gebruik maken.

Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

problems checking in because the keys to our room did not work, but
after we were in our villa everything was fine. I would definitely stay

When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!

the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.

I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less
than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an
event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable,
and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza,
or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!
