I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service to the airport to get to the CTA blue line to access the whole Chicago area. Drivers were punctual and courteous.

Excellent value for money for a large city. Very good breakfast. Great facilities for young children. Pool, small exercise room if you want that. Coffee and granola bars on demand in lobby. Would definitely stay again. -

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Availability of indoor pool, fitness center, laundry room made our staf very comfortable.It was also close to several resturants and shops. Free on site parking was very customer freindly as well as availabilty of the shuttle service to the train station. The was also free internet

The room was large enough to accommodate us along with our 13 year old granddaughter. The full, hot breakfast was a great benefit.
Granddaughter LOVED the heated pool and the heated part was really nice for the grand parents as well.
The drive to the downtown activities of Chicago were made more accessible due to close proximity of major highways leading in.

Room was clean and uncluttered. Lots of room for my one-year-old to play
with his Grandma while I worked in the city all day. The hotel is in a

Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest
train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us
