were the same. However, my first impression at this hotel will last a
long time. Our check in associate, Ashanti was extremely pleasant,
friendly and helpful. She was great. A call to the room checking on us

Location, Location, Location and the restaurants.......I went down for the '13 Spring Harley Davidson Rally and this was a great location. The bottom part of the parking decks were used for bikes only. They had security in the parking garages around the clock. The bike parking is the best there is, bar none.

I like that this resort is in a good location. I love the hot tubs and pool area with the basketball goal. I like that there is 4 elevatiors in this hotel so the wait is short and smooth. I also like that this hotel is within my price range and very affordable. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I love it more and more everytime I visit it.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Not far from the beach. Right beside a nice mall and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. Although I felt the hotel restaurant was a little pricey. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was nice as well -

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

was good because it was close to the boardwalk and the access to main

I loved that with 2 young kids we really didn't have to leave and spend more money for them to have fun. Great when you're on a budget. They had everything my kids love including the pools, lazy river, arcade and mini golf.

I loved all of the pools. The kiddie pool was a hit with my four year old daughter. There were three hot tubs, One outside and two inside. The bowling alley was really nice. They played great music videos that were kid friendly. The atmosphere was great and the prices were reasonable. I also loved my room. The view was amazing. my wife and I went for a long weekend because we thought the price was very good for such a large hotel, everything with the hotel was very good, the room was real clean, the staff was very good, the location was just a couple blocks from the beach, and it was quiet in the room.You do have to pay extra for parking, but it is right at the hotel and

The staff were so helpful. We arrived before check in time and they gave us a pass to the garage to use immediately. Then they took my cell number so we could go on to the convention center (which is attached to the Sheritan) and still be notified when the room was available.
Watching the sun rise over the ocean from our room was wonderful.
