  Staff was friendly and helpful with reservation process. Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Complimentary breakfast was convenient, everything was fresh. Hotel room was clean and looked like a nicer end motel for the budget; ev... wat mensen zeggen » erything (shower, sink, etc) worked perfectly. - Friendly staff, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!
