  Everything was better than we had expected. We stayed in room 401 and hope to book it again. The hotel was spotless. The shuttle to the airport was great. The breakfast was awesome! The staff couldn't have been better. Thanks much! - The hotel room was big with a king size bed, pull out couch, mini kitchen and large bathroom. Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!
