Out flight was rerouted to Chicago due to bad weather. We had no luggage
and needed all the bare necessities for the night. I booked online and
so did several other families with kids that were on our flight. Hampton
Inn always has a friendly staff and they really go above and beyond to
take care of you. -

Close to the Midway Airport and the shuttle service was convenient to get you to the airport in minutes. Rooms were very quiet - no noise from inside or outside the hotel came in. The on-site restaurant offered a good selection of choices and there were a number of other choices nearby of one wanted to go out for a meal. -

Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

They helped us find food, transportation, and made us feel extremely
comfortable. This was my first time being in charge of a trip and they
did an excellent job helping me and making me feel comfortable and
