  Front desk staff were very friendly and organized! Very helpful finding us transport to our concert venue. Shuttle driver to the airport was excellent. We are planning to come back in Feb. 2014! - The hotel is very clean and comfortable. . even peaceful and quiet although close to the airport.

  Staffs are really nice! Great free-breakfast. Clean room. Great house keeping. It's a good place for couples and families to stay because its close to bay side. They provide free bike rental as well. You could ride the bike around the wonderful bay. Although its on the other side of SF, they provide free shuttle to BART station so don't worry abou... wat mensen zeggen » t going to SF downtown. Anyway I'll stay there next time if I visit SF again. It's a smart choice. You'll like the hotel! - The comfort and style of the Inn is amazing and the friendliness of the staff here was brilliant. Even with the free in-house baked cookies lol. A small but cozy room with a fantastic view and a handy location to the waterfront as well as BART for the city and other areas. Very much a nature-surrounded and perfectly relaxing getaway from any city chaos and a perfect location near the waterfront.

  Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Excellent location for exploring Oakland and for transport links to San Francisco by ferry, bus and BART. Beautiful lounge area for relaxing by the fire with complimentary coffee or tea. Great pool with fantastic views of the marina.   A very friendly welcome and accommodating, caring staff, especially Gail Simpson who was outstanding. She was entirely professional & nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel. There is also an excellent Manager's reception every evening with free alcoholic drinks and beverages. A new atrium is currently being finished which will enha - Liked the friendly staff and hair dryers not connected to the bathroom wall. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed we may have been disturbed however.

Loved the loft idea and arriving in to a relaxing atmosphere in the lobby where guests were lounging on sofas, enjoying drinks, playing pool was very inviting. I especially liked the glass shower and free squirty shower wash (and shampoo, had I wanted it). Staff at the desk were sweet and funny - we had a great conversation.
