Front desk staff were very friendly and organized! Very helpful finding us transport to our concert venue. Shuttle driver to the airport was excellent. We are planning to come back in Feb. 2014! -

Staffs are really nice! Great free-breakfast. Clean room. Great house keeping. It's a good place for couples and families to stay because its close to bay side. They provide free bike rental as well. The comfort and style of the Inn is amazing and the friendliness of the staff here was brilliant. Even with the free in-house baked cookies lol. A small but cozy room with a fantastic view and a handy location to the waterfront as well as BART for the city and other areas. Very much a nature-surrounded and perfectly relaxing getaway from any city chaos and a perfect location near the waterfront.

Staff; they were great. Whatever you do to train them to respond to customers, don't stop. Everyone I had contact with seemed eager to help in any way. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Parking beschikbaar. Goed compromis qua afstand van San Francisco. - First, I found that staying in Alameda as opposed to San Francisco, our destination, was not a bad idea at all. Very comfortable! Bed was so comfortable; had a great night's sleep. Wifi, TV and coffee in the room, nice fitness center and pool. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and to train station since i came by train. Lots of parking in case one arrives by car. -

This hotel was great! We stayed here and drove to Berkely for a football game, Napa Valley for a day, Downtown San Fran and Oakland for a baseball game. Hotel was an easy commute for each activity. The staff was great, room was clean, pool and hot tub were well kept. Great price compared to the downtown hotels, easy drive into the city! -
