Very welcoming, and active, with a great design and great access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance to the most popular locations. The concierge are knowledgeable and can help you a lot to find what you need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything! My room, though not large, was beautifully appointed with a deck and a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. I could see past the Ferris Wheel at the Santa Monica Pier!
The room service was outstanding and breakfast at the gourmet restaurant was wonderful. Each staff member I met was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely return again and again!

Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -
