The location was outstanding: right across from the beach. The pool had a wonderful set up with cabannas and two smaller pools which made it more intimate. The décor was modern and fun. The staff was very accommodating and knew us by name. I even got a text on my cell phone asking if we needed any help. There wasn't a wait for valet to bring the car up.

Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and
bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. Beds are firm and cozy, rooms are well laid out, very quiet - ask for any #xx16 room = corner room with city view. Sky-Bar is awesome. Staff is usually EXCELLENT, they will work with you, whatever you need.
