  Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room.   This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Not really for a long stay but I've stayed here four times for my Long Island visits. Front desk very friendly and recognized me as a frequent quest. I love this hotel - The free shuttle was waiting for us at 12.30 am when we arrived on the last leg of our flight from Sydney, Australia via Nadi and Los Angeles so it was a great end to our long journey. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better. Room was a great size, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Thanks for a great stay.

  Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle. But once I arrived the staff was superb. Loved it. Was very friendly and hospitable. They totally nailed it. I will be back! REstaurant staff was tops.   Personnel at front desk was very polite and helpful. Shuttle picked us up at 2 in the morning, no problem at all! Happy driver. The room was perfect for a night after flying and we were able to get ready for the next leg of the trip. Room was clean. No smoke smell. Close to airport. Breakfast was decent.   Stayed at this hotel because we could walk to the tennis centre. Excellent location. With this hotel you get what you pay for. The big difference with this is that the rooms are super clean, the staff are so helpful. They know bus routes, subway routes and are so happy to help a new tourist to New York. Because of their attitude our stay in n... wat mensen zeggen » ew York was sensational. We couldn't find any fault. - First they let us check in 5 hours early. The staff were very friendly,they made sure we were using a reliable car service. Also got us an accurate map to get to the nearest subway stop via a bus route. They brought us a space heater to heat the room up faster. This is our second visit here are we will return on our next trip to New York City
