Het ontbijt was simpel maar zeergoed te doen. De shuttle die ons naar het metrostation bracht/ en deshuttle die ons weer van het station ophaalde 's avond was ... wat mensen zeggen » super. Jebent ongeveer een uur onderweg naar downtown manhattan. Maar al met alzeer goed te doen.

  Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room.   This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Not really for a long stay but I've stayed here four times for my Long Island visits. Front desk very friendly and recognized me as a frequent quest. I love this hotel - The free shuttle was waiting for us at 12.30 am when we arrived on the last leg of our flight from Sydney, Australia via Nadi and Los Angeles so it was a great end to our long journey. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better. Room was a great size, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Thanks for a great stay.

  Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle. But once I arrived the staff was superb. Loved it. Was very friendly and hospitable. They totally nailed it. I will be back! REstaurant staff was tops.
