  I stayed at the hotel for 4 days while apartment hunting in NY. The hotel workers were very friendly, did their best to help and were very accommodating.   Wij waren van 22 oktober tot 2 november in dit hotel en hebben het uitstekend naar onze zin gehad.de service was buiten verwachting evenals de kamers en overige faciliteiten.Het ontbijt was goed en voedzaam.Zeker aan te bevelen ondanks dat Manhatten op 30 minuten rijden met de metro is.Fam Stakenburg 3 personen - Het hotel ligt dichtbij de metro, w... wat mensen zeggen » aarmee je bijna alle bezienswaardigheden kan bekijken. De buurt was ook niet slecht. De kamer was heel ruim en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Kamer heeft ook een ijskast en hangkast heerlijke douche met ligbad. De bedden zijn echt heel comfortabel. Er bevindt zich ook een LCD televisie op de kamer.

  Super efficient, smart and thoughtful staff, really appreciated that when I parked for a moment (illegally) in front of the hotel, the concierge immediately came from behind his desk and walked outside with me to be sure I knew where to turn to find the garage (entrance around the corner, 1/3 of the way down the block). Good bagels at corner deli across the street. - The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

  It's not easy finding reasonably affordable yet good-quality self-catering accommodation in New York City, but this was perfect! As a young woman travelling by myself, I felt I had to keep my wits about me on the street, but everything was fine (just be sure to use commonsense). The train station is very close, and the local grocery store is only ... wat mensen zeggen » around the block. It's not the wealthiest area, but it's obviously a family area. I was immensely impressed with the chap who carried my heavy bag up - This is a good alternative to staying in downtown Manhattan. Coming from a small UK town the area was a bit of a culture shock. Spacious appartment with everything you need for a short stay. Subway stop just around the corner so easy to get downtown in 15 to 20 mins. You can also walk to the Guggenheim in a similar time. A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to eat in.
