  Wij boekten een executive room. Hadden dit al eens eerder gedaan en dat was goed bevallen. Aparte checkin op de 37e etage waar ook het lounge gedeelte was. De hele dag door gratis drank, koffie en eten. s'avond zelfs incl. Champagne , bier en diverse soorten goede wijn. Kamer (op 63e verdieping) perfect met alles erop en eraan.   Een net hotel met vriendelijke medewerkers, met name een dame van de servicedesk genaamd Merry.. Zij maakte het verblijf zeer aangenaam en was zeer deskundig. Je kon haar op alle momenten van de dag bereiken, zij was zeer service gericht en de klant staat voor haar altijd voorop. Ik vond haar het visitekaart van het bedrijf.   This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way. Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!
